«The perception project» comprised numerous events inside and outside the university of Basel in summer semester 1998. With group of four other students, I wanted to create a platform to illuminate the large issue of perception from different angles and perspectives.

«The perception project» was divided in three types of events: "Positions" (more than 30 lectures and courses dealing with the issue of perception), "Focal Points" (public events with cultural emphasis) and a symposium with international experts.
In addition to that, we managed to assemble an outstanding programme to go along with this project, including a series of films, exhibitions, performances and partys.
